Stenzengreith is a formerly independent municipality in Eastern Styria with 521 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2014). Since January 1, 2015, it has been merged with the community of Gutenberg an der Raabklamm as part of the Styrian community structural reform . The new community is called " Gutenberg-Stenzengreith ".

Stenzengreith is located in the Weiz district on the eastern slope of the Schöckl in the Austrian state of Styria .

The former municipal area comprised the following three cadastral communities and towns of the same name (population in brackets as of January 1, 2020):
- Plenzengreith (167)
- Stenzengreith (210)
- Stockheim (150)
history
Stockheim, which belongs to Stenzengreith, is one of the earliest Bavarian settlements in the area. Stenzengreith and Plenzengreith are clearing areas.
politics
Mayor was Albert Glettler (ÖVP) until the municipalities merged on January 1st, 2015.
The municipal council , which was dissolved on December 31, 2014, was composed as follows after the municipal council elections in 2010 :
coat of arms
The municipal coat of arms was awarded with effect from June 1, 1998.
Blazon :
- "In a golden shield, two stilted blue riding hogs, swept outwards, underlaid by a red columbine with two leaves and two flowers."
With the dissolution of the municipality, the right to use a municipal coat of arms has also expired.
