Steve Joughin (born June 23, 1959 , Isle of Man ) is a retired British cyclist .

Steve Joughin was successful as a cyclist in the 1980s. In 1979 he won the Isle of Man International (also Manx Trophy) race, which was the most important international amateur race in Great Britain at the time. He mainly competed in races in Great Britain; In 1984 he became the first British road racing champion, born in Manx , and again in 1988. In 1981 he won the Tour of the Peaks .
