The striped breast mistletoe , also striped breast central eater , ( Dicaeum aeruginosum ) is a species of bird from the mistletoe eater family (Dicaeidae).

This species is partly regarded as con-specific with the thick-billed mistletoe ( Dicaeum agile ) and referred to as Dicaeum agile aeruginosum .

The bird is endemic to the Philippines .

The distribution area includes tropical or subtropical moist deep and mountain forests .

The species is considered monotypical by Avibase .
