The dispute over three was a German court show that was broadcast on ZDF from 1999 to 2003 .
concept
The real judges, initially Eugen Menken , from August 1999 Guido Neumann , negotiated simulated court cases on ZDF with fictitious contenders from the field of civil law and occasionally private lawsuits .
A total of 637 programs were broadcast. In each of the 45- to 50-minute episodes, three "cases" were dealt with.
Unlike the court shows the private channels as Judge Barbara Salesch or the juvenile court , where cases of criminal law were negotiated, it was in dispute over three to cases from the civil law and hence to rather unspectacular, but everyday cases. The moderator Ekkehard Brandhoff questioned the audience about the possible outcome during the respective interruption of the negotiations before the verdict was announced and, after the verdict , talked to the legal expert Wolfgang Büser about similar real cases.
Instead of the amateur actors in court shows on private television , only professional actors played in the dispute over three . Changes and offshoots
