Tanya Neufeldt

Tanya Neufeldt (born July 13, 1972 in Cologne ) is a German actress and author . She has three younger siblings and grew up in Bonn , Paris and Connecticut (USA).

Life

After graduating from high school, she studied acting for three years at the Maria Körbers Drama School in Berlin . For her training, she received a scholarship from the Günther Neumann Foundation Berlin for musical talent with a focus on singing. In 1997 Neufeldt played in Stefan Bachmann's production of Lila at the Schauspielhaus in Vienna . From September of the same year she was seen in the RTL series Behind Bars - Der Frauenknast in the role of Katrin Tornow, who was convicted of drug trafficking . By August 1998 she appeared in 22 episodes of the series. She returned a year later for another six episodes. From 2000 to the end of 2002 she determined in 65 episodes as Commissioner Renee Engels in the RTL series Die Wache , which earned her a nomination for the Bambi viewer award. In 2002 she appeared for eight weeks in the play A Dream of Wedding on the stage of the Comedy Cologne.

Since 2003 she has had leading episode roles in the ZDF series SOKO Leipzig , Papa is the best and everything about Anna , and she made films such as Four Mermaids under the direction of Uli Zrenner. In 2005 she was Ralf Schmitz's partner in the sketch series Schmitz, komm raus ( Sat.1 ), which was nominated for the 2006 Comedy Prize. This was followed by a role in the Sat.1 comedy series Sketch News alongside Axel Stein . Most recently Neufeldt had guest roles in the series Danni Lowinski (Sat.1) and Alles Klara ( ARD ).

Tanya Neufeldt has been running the Lucie Marshall internet blog since October 2012 , in which she writes episodically about motherhood. She has been working as a columnist on the same topic for the daily newspaper taz since 2013. Since June 2015 she has been a columnist for the women's magazine Freund (magazine) . Her book "Lucie Marshall - On high heels in the delivery room" was published in September 2015 by Goldmann Verlag .

Tanya Neufeldt is married and has had a son since 2009. She lives in Berlin and London.
