Tetyana Konstantiniwna Guzu ( Ukrainian Тетяна Константинівна Гуцу , Russian Татьяна Константиновна Гуцу / Tatjana Konstantinovna Guzu * 5. September 1976 in Odessa , Soviet Union ) is a retired Ukrainian gymnast . She is a two-time Olympic champion .

She started gymnastics at the age of six and was accepted into the Soviet national team in 1988. Her first major international competition was the 1991 World Gymnastics Championships in Indianapolis , where she won the all-around with the team and finished the individual all-around in 5th place.

At the Summer Olympics in Barcelona in 1992 , Guzu joined the United Team and was able to win the all-around with this. In addition, she was also Olympic champion in the individual all-around competition. She won further medals on the floor (silver) and on the uneven bars (bronze).

In a Facebook post on October 16, 2017, Guzu accused the Belarusian gymnast Vitali Scherbo of raping her at the age of 15 during the 1991 DTB Cup in Stuttgart.
