Baptismal font in Trumilly

The baptismal font in the Catholic parish church of Notre-Dame de l'Assomption in Trumilly , a French commune in the Oise department in the Hauts-de-France region , was created in the second half of the 13th century. In 1913 the Gothic baptismal font was added to the list of protected objects ( Base Palissy ) in France as Monument historique .

The 91 cm high baptismal font made of limestone stands on an octagonal base, which is surrounded by three columns . The capitals of the columns are largely missing. The basin, which is profiled at the top, is decorated with vines and birds on the outside.

The baptismal font was improperly repaired.
