Baptismal font in Verneuil-en-Halatte

The baptismal font in the Catholic parish church of St-Honoré in Verneuil-en-Halatte , a French commune in the Oise department in the Hauts-de-France region , was created in the 16th century. In 1912 the baptismal font was added to the list of protected objects ( Base Palissy ) in France as Monument historique .

The 97 cm high baptismal font made of limestone is profiled on the upper edge and gadronized on the outside . There are only a few remains of the colored version.

The wooden cover is more recent.
