The baptismal font in the Catholic parish church of St-Gervais-St-Protais-St-Martin in Plailly , a French commune in the Oise department in the Hauts-de-France region , was created in 1570. In 1862, the Renaissance- style baptismal font was added to the list of protected objects ( Base Palissy ) in France as Monument historique .

The 94 cm high baptismal font made of limestone stands on a rectangular plate with an oval structure, which is decorated with reliefs. The basin is provided with depictions all around: Baptism of Christ , circumcision of the Lord , Saint Martin of Tours, etc. a. m.
