The Andy Milonakis Show is an MTV comedy series made up of sketches. The star of the show is Andy Milonakis .

In the sketch - show Andy Milonakis is at the center, in the Lower East Side Manhattan haunts. Either he makes some absurdities at home in his apartment or he incorporates unsuspecting passers-by into his skits outside. Often his dog Wubbie, his friend Ralphie, his neighbor Larry and an old woman named Rivka are also part of the party.

The Ying Yang Twins , Snoop Dogg , Fat Joe , John Stamos , Lil Jon , Rob Schneider , the Black Eyed Peas , Biz Markie , Vanessa Minnillo , Juelz Santana , Paul Wall , Nick Cannon , Seth Green , The All-American Rejects , Mike Jones , Carson Daly , Jimmy Kimmel and Shaun White have starred on the show. The skits are of different lengths. While Snoop Dogg sees Andy as a doppelganger of his own, we learn that Jimmy Kimmel invented Andy in Pinocchio fashion.
Sequences
The show begins with a cold open to prepare the viewer for the rest of the show. For example, you see Ralphie in front of a drawing of France . Andy then asks what he would do, to which Ralphie replies: "I'm chillin 'in Mexico, Andy!" Then he says "Shalom".
This opening sketch is followed by an absurd rap theme by Milonakis himself. Then there are several skits in which Andy pretends to know unknown passers-by, for example, or prepares some strange food combinations. Andy also has things delivered and lets the supplier become the victim of his pranks. He tries to redeem badly forged coupons or he puts shoes in a pizza he has received and asks where they come from.

- Larry: Andy's middle-aged neighbor who often borrows can openers from Andy that he never returns. He often wears a yarmulke .

- Wubbie: Andy's dog who sometimes dreams of killing Andy because he often speaks to him in children's language.
- Muti: Andy's cousin who has a speech impediment. Whenever he tries to pronounce an "S", he sniffs his nose.
- Fish Guy: A laughing, black, old man who always wears the same thing as Andy and has a fish in his hand and a cigarette in his mouth. In one episode it is shown that the Fish Guy can only hold a fish .
- Herbie Peterson: Andy's turtle that can float and has been stolen many times.
- Billy: A man in a black t-shirt who gets quick-tempered.
- Freda: A middle-aged woman who likes Andy's chicken wings more than Andy himself.
