reception

In the Musikexpress it was said that the album was “in large parts even better than Graceland ” because it overcomes borders and creates exciting moments. There were five out of six possible stars for this. At first, the album was disappointing, wrote Audio . The “total work of art” only opens up over time, then it is “global pop with ingenious features”. In terms of melody and rhythm , however, it remained a disappointment, namely a failed attempt to tie in with Graceland , which was already "strangely sterile" .
