Thorsten Wszolek
Thorsten Wszolek (* 28. May 1975 in Frankfurt am Main ) is a German composer , musical arranger , conductor , actor , director and playwright .
Life
The son of a businessman already played during school at the Volkstheater Frankfurt in Alt-Frankfurt by Adolf Stoltze and arranged songs, a.o. a. from 42nd Street , Carousel and Show Boat .
At the age of 17 he produced with funds that came from the personal assets of his family, the Broadway show Music of the Night , for which he traveled to Broadway during school holidays and after A Chorus Line principle a casting in the 8th Avenue Studios. Apart from the financial ruin, the show was an enormous public and press success, which gave Wszolek the best possible start into professional life as a theater and music maker after graduating from high school in 1994 .
Immediately after leaving school, he founded the Neu-Isenburger Mundart -Ensemble, which in 2000 became MAT Mund Art Theater GmbH. Under his directorship, the folk, musical theater has established itself in the Rhine-Main area and mainly presents works from his own pen. Since 2010 the theater has been called Mund Art Theater - Thorsten Wszolek .
Since 1998 , the theater has maintained the symphonic Mainhatten Pops Orchestra, which plays in the orchestra pit at musicals and on stage at concerts. Most of the time Wszolek conducts himself.

In addition to his work for the Mund Art Theater, he works as a composer and music arranger worldwide. He has already arranged and conducted several concert series himself.
