Ten teams took part, new were 1. FC Saarbrücken and SSV Reutlingen 05 , which rose for TSV Milbertshofen and TTV Metelen . Champion Borussia Dusseldorf . Hertha BSC and Mettmanner TV got down and were replaced by TTC Remlingen and TTV Metelen. The TGS Rödelheim started this season as FTG Frankfurt .
