Tiszasziget is a Hungarian community in the district of Szeged in Csongrád-Csanád . It is located about eight kilometers south of Szeged , four kilometers east of the Tisza and one kilometer north of the border with Serbia .
history
Until 1955 the municipality was called Ószentiván .
