Titular bishopric Byblus

Byblus ( Italian Biblo ) is a titular bishopric of the Roman Catholic Church .

It goes back to a lost bishop's seat in the ancient city of the same name , which was in the Roman province of Syria Phoenice or in late antiquity Phoenice in today's Lebanon . The bishopric was assigned to the ecclesiastical province of the Archdiocese of Caesarea Maritima .
