Titular diocese of Cercina

Cercina is a titular bishopric of the Roman Catholic Church .

The ancient and lost bishopric was located in the Roman province of Africa near Byzacena on what is now the Kerkenna Islands of Tunisia. Two smaller provinces, Byzacena and Tripolitania , were separated from the large province of Africa by the Roman Emperor Diocletian as part of his administrative reforms at the end of the 3rd century AD .
