Titular diocese of Tiberias
Tiberias ( Italian : Tiberiade ) is a titular bishopric of the Roman Catholic Church .
It goes back to a lost bishop's seat in the ancient city of the same name, which was in the Roman province of Palestina secunda . The city of Tiberias is located in Galilee on the west bank of the Sea of Galilee , also known as the "Sea of Tiberias".
