Tobias Anselm (born February 24, 2000 ) is an Austrian soccer player .

Career

society

Anselm started his career at SV Kirchbichl . In 2011 he moved to FC Kufstein . In 2013 he came to the academy of FC Red Bull Salzburg . In April 2017 he played for the U-18 team of the "Bulls" for the first time.

In September 2017 he made his debut for the farm team FC Liefering in the second division when he came on for Nicolas Meister on matchday 12 of the 2017/18 season against FC Blau-Weiß Linz in the 80th minute . After three seasons in which he made 44 second division appearances, he left Liefering after the 2019/20 season.

He then moved to Bundesliga club LASK for the 2020/21 season , with whom he received a contract that ran until June 2023. However, the Upper Austrians awarded him directly to the league competitor WSG Tirol .

National team

Anselm played for an Austrian national youth team for the first time in November 2014. In September 2015, he booked his first appearance for the U-16 team .

In September 2018 he made his debut against Sweden for the U-19 team .
