David Gugganig (born February 10, 1997 in Spittal an der Drau ) is an Austrian football player .

Career

Gugganig started his career at SC Mühldorf. In 2011 he went to AKA Carinthia . In 2014 he went to AKA Salzburg . He made his professional debut for the farm team FC Liefering on matchday 22 2014/15 against FC Wacker Innsbruck .

In January 2017 it was awarded to the league competitor WSG Wattens .

After the loan ended, he stayed with WSG. With WSG Wattens, he rose to the Bundesliga as a second division champion in 2019 , after which the club was renamed WSG Tirol.

Personal

His brother Lukas Gugganig is also a footballer. In the 2014/15 season, both played together for FC Liefering, which Lukas left at the end of the season.
