Tocoluli ( Tokoluli ) is an East Timorese suco in the Railaco administrative office ( municipality of Ermera ).

Before the 2015 regional reform, Tocoluli had an area of ​​9.31 km². Now it is 9.92 km². The Suco is located in the southwest of the Railaco administrative office. To the west is the Suco Matata , north of the Suco Liho and east of the Suco Fatuquero . To the south, Tocoluli borders the administrative office of Ermera with its Sucos Poetete and Riheu . The southern border to the Ermera administrative office is formed by the Gleno , a tributary of the Lóis . A small piece of the border with Liho in the northeast follows the Baera , a tributary of the Comoros .

In Tocoluli, the rural roads from the municipal capitals of Aileu in the east and Gleno in the south meet at the village of Marobo and continue to the state capital Dili in the north. The town of Caisahe ( Kaisahe , Caissahe ) is located on the road to Dili . There is a primary school in both places. In the southeast is the village of Maneso . Caisahe also has a medical station.

In the Suco are the three Aldeias Caisahe , Marobo and Tahobote .

Residents

1315 inhabitants (2015) live in the Suco, of which 690 are men and 625 women. The population density is 132.5 inhabitants / km². There are 204 households in the Suco. Almost 71% of the population name Tetum Prasa as their mother tongue. Almost 27% speak Mambai and small minorities speak Bunak , Kemak , Tokodede and Baikeno .

In the elections of 2004/2005 was Julio Conceição Salsinha elected Chefe de Suco and in 2009 re-elected.
