Orlando Tobias Edward Higginbottom , known under the stage name Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs or under the abbreviation TEED , (born September 22, 1984 in Oxford , United Kingdom ) is a British dance producer and DJ . He is currently on the Polydor label . His debut album Trouble was released on June 11, 2012. The album contains five previously released singles, including "Household Goods" and "You Need Me On My Own". His live performances have also become known for his unusual costumes and often costumed fans.

history

Orlando is the son of Edward Higginbottom, conductor of the New College Choir, Oxford. He used to work as a music teacher in schools.

TEED made remixes for artists like Lady Gaga , Katy Perry and Professor Green .

In addition to Garden, TEED released various singles from his album. Including Trouble, Tapes and Money, Household Goods, You Need Me On My Own and Stronger / American Dream Part II , which was released as a double single. In March 2013 TEED was named one of Fuse TV's “3 0 must-see artists at SXSW ”. His single "Stronger" was iTunes single of the week in summer 2012.

In Germany he has performed at the Immergut Festival , the MS Dockville and the Berlin Festival, among others . Nokia also used the song Garden for the commercials of their Lumia series.
