Trupe is part of the Lilienthal community in the Osterholz district in Lower Saxony .
Geography and transport links
The district is located southwest of the core area of Lilienthal, directly on the southern border with Bremen and not far from the Wümme flowing south .
The Truper Blänken nature reserve is to the northeast and the Untere Wümme nature reserve is south of Trupe.
The state road L 133 runs east.
