Twin Lakes is located around the two lakes ( Twin Lakes ) Lake Mary and Lake Elizabeth in southeast Wisconsin. The town, bounded in the south by the border with Illinois , is a few hundred meters west of the Fox River and around 40 km west of Lake Michigan . The geographical coordinates of Twin Lakes are 42 ° 31'52 "north latitude and 88 ° 14'53" west longitude. The municipality extends over an area of 25.25 km², which is spread over 21.18 km² of land and 4.07 km² of water.
