Uchida Kosai
Hakushaku Uchida Kōsai also Uchida Yasuya ( Japanese 内 田 康 哉 ; born November 17, 1865 , † March 12, 1936 in Tokyo ) was a Japanese diplomat and politician.
In the diplomatic service he held ambassadorial posts in China, Austria-Hungary , the USA and the Russian Empire . In 1911 Uchida began his first term as Foreign Minister of the Japanese Empire in the Saionji II cabinet . He had a total of five terms in as many cabinets. As Foreign Minister, he also took over the post of Prime Minister on a provisional basis in 1921 and 1923.
