The Unterhaidelbach district of Leinburg
|
Unterhaidelbach is one of 17 officially named districts of the community of Leinburg in Middle Franconia .
geography
The village lies to the west of the Behlengraben , which flows directly south of the village as a right tributary into the Haidelbach , which is a right tributary of the Röthenbach . To the south-east of the village is the wooded area of heather . Unterhaidelbach is located about one and a half kilometers east-southeast of the center of Leinburg and is at an altitude of 388 m above sea level. NHN .
history
The name of the place indicates that there were many blueberry bushes on the banks of the Haidelbach, which crosses the place . Unterhaidelbach was first mentioned in a document in 1360, when the goods of the Reichshofmark Altdorf passed to the Burgrave Albrecht the Beauties of Nuremberg. After several changes of noble families, the place finally became part of the imperial city of Nuremberg as a result of the Landshut War of Succession . This affiliation subsequently led to disputes with the Margrave of Ansbach.
Due to the administrative reforms carried out in the Kingdom of Bavaria at the beginning of the 19th century , Unterhaidelbach became an independent rural community with the second municipal edict, which also included the village of Weihersberg and the hamlet of Pühlhof . In the course of the municipal territorial reform carried out in Bavaria in the 1970s , the municipality of Unterhaidelbach was incorporated into the municipality of Leinburg on July 1, 1971 together with its districts. In 1993 Unterhaidelbach had 375 inhabitants.
