Vízvár ( Croatian Izvar ) is a Hungarian community in the county Barcs in Somogy county .
Geographical location
Vízvár lies directly on the border with Croatia on the left bank of the Drava River . Neighboring municipalities are Heresznye and Bélavár .

Flora and fauna
The area around the community is rich in plants and animals, some of which are rare. Fever clover , king fern and reed nettle grow there . The little ringed plover , eastern ringed butterfly , sea eagle , black stork and little tern can be observed on animals . In the surrounding waters you can find female nerfling , bullhead , black bass , stone gnat and zingel .
