Valerie Florine Huber (* 1996 in Vienna ) is an Austrian actress .

Life

Valerie Florine Huber was born in Vienna and spent the first seven years in Uganda and the Ivory Coast . Her father worked in development cooperation . After her return to Austria, she took part in improvisational theater courses, and in 2007/08 she played the role of Valerie in the television series Tom Turbo . At the age of twelve she moved with her family to Washington, DC , where she attended the German School . After four years in the United States , she attended a bilingual high school in Austria. In 2014 she began her acting training at the Krauss drama school, which she completed in 2017.

In 2014 she became Miss Earth Austria and took part in the Miss Earth World Final in the Philippines .

In 2015 she played the role of the moth in A Midsummer Night's Dream at the Vienna Volkstheater under the direction of Michael Schottenberg . In 2017, she was in front of the camera for the filming of the television series Trakehnerblut , in which she played the role of Helena Bodin. Also in 2017 she shot for the film The Last Party of Your Life by Dominik Hartl , as well as for the TV film Say, I'm sorry for the ZDF television series Beside the Track , the movie Class Reunion 1.0 by Til Schweiger and the Maldives episode of the ZDF television series Das Dream ship . In summer 2018 she was in front of the camera for the filming of the movie Immenhof - The Adventure of a Summer and for the US remake of Honig im Kopf .

She played Gigi, the fiancée of FBI Special Agent Will Chase, played by Scott Foley in the 2019 television series Whiskey Cavalier . In the RTL series Nachtschwestern (2019) with Mimi Fiedler and Ines Quermann , she embodies the student nurse Kiki Schmitz. In the summer of 2019, she shot the Herzkino comedy Ein Sommer auf Mykonos from the series Ein Sommer in… for ZDF . In it she plays the dog trainer Jana, who wants to spend a mother-daughter vacation on Mykonos with her mother Susanne, played by Ann-Kathrin Kramer . In the Rosamunde Pilcher film My Cousin, Love and Me (2019), she embodied the novelist Holly Shaw alongside Max Befort as critic Aaron.
