action
Three orphaned sisters, 23-year-old Charly, 16-year-old Lou and the younger Emmie, live together on the Immenhof equestrian estate, which they have been managing since their father's death. Lou especially suffers from the loss of her father, with whom she had a special relationship of trust. With her exceptional expertise in horses, she keeps the Immenhof going. However, the youth welfare office is checking whether Charly can look after her two younger sisters on her own.
There is also trouble with the owner of the neighboring stud, Jochen Mallinckroth, an ice-cold businessman, and his horse trainer Runa. When Lou and her childhood friend Matz freed a black stallion stuck in the moor, Mallinckroth, the horse's owner, did not thank her. Instead, he accuses her that his new star among the racehorses named Cagliostro is no longer operational due to her improper rescue operation according to Mallinckroth. He declines a clarifying conversation, instead he puts an old loan due, which is on the Immenhof. The three sisters threaten to lose the Immenhof due to economic problems.
To save the Immenhof, Lou embarks on a risky deal with Mallinckroth, in which she also puts her beloved mare Holly on the line. The sisters get support from YouTuber Leon from Berlin, who has to do social hours at the Immenhof. Lou has to choose between the cool, adored Leon and her childhood friend Matz.

reception
Sonja Fouraté wrote on hessenschau.de that the film felt a lot more like Wendy or Ostwind than the originals. There are individual elements of the originals, but the Icelandic horses and Shetland ponies, for example, are missing. The actors are great across the board, but the script seems "as if it had been put together through a horse film bingo". Subplots would be briefly touched upon, but not told, which unnecessarily distracts from the main story, so that hardly any tension arises. She came to the conclusion: “Predictable story with great actors. For fans of films à la Ostwind. "
