Vanessa Wolfram (born July 25, 1999 in Greiz ) is a German cyclist who competes on track and road as well as cross-country races .

Athletic career

Sports enthusiast Vanessa Wolfram played football for three years at the club before switching to cycling.

In 2014, Wolfram took third place in the team pursuit at the German championships in the youth class. She has won national titles in various disciplines in Thuringia several times, such as road racing. In 2016 she became the German junior champion in the Omnium. In the following year, as a junior, she again took third place at the German track championships in the team pursuit, together with Hannah Steffen , Dorothea Heitzmann and Lena-Charlotte Reissner . In the same year she was nominated for the junior road race at the European Road Championships in Herning , where she finished 43rd. They also competed in the UCI Juniors Track World Championships 2017 in Italy Montichiari , where they 19th in the scratch was.

In 2018 Vanessa Wolfram became German champion in the women's team pursuit together with Charlotte Becker , Anna Knauer and Gudrun Stock in Dudenhofen .
