The administrative community Upper Feldatal was in the Thuringian Wartburg district . The city of Kaltennordheim and six municipalities had come together in it to carry out their administrative business. The administrative seat was in Kaltennordheim.
The municipalities
history
The administrative community was founded on June 18, 1994. Frank Kampf was elected full-time joint chairman in April 2009. With the Thuringian law on the voluntary reorganization of municipalities in 2013 , the administrative community was dissolved on December 31, 2013. All member communities, with the exception of Diedorf and Empfertshausen, joined together to form a unified community in the city of Kaltennordheim, which became a fulfilling community for Diedorf and Empfertshausen.
