In the administrative community of Barchfeld in the Wartburg district in Thuringia , the communities of Barchfeld and Immelborn were united with the districts of Übelroda , Ettmarshausen and Hauenhof to handle their administrative business together.

The seat of the administrative community was Barchfeld.

history

The administrative community was formed on June 30, 1994. On November 3, 2011, the mayors of both communities signed a contract for the integration of Immelborn into Barchfeld in 2012. The new community is called Barchfeld-Immelborn . With the completion of the integration on December 31, 2012, the administrative community was dissolved.
