Vindblæs is a Danish town with 233 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2020) in Himmerland . The village is located in the parish of the same name ( Vindblæs Sogn ), which until 1970 belonged to the Harde Slet Herred in what was then Aalborg . With the dissolution of the Harden structure, the parish was included in the Løgstør Kommune in what was then the North Jutland Office , the municipality in turn became part of the Vesthimmerlands Kommune in the Nordjylland region with the municipal reform on January 1, 2007 .

Vindblæs is located about eight kilometers southeast of Løgstør , about 13 km southwest of Farstrup and about 18 km northwest of Aars .
