Volleyball European League 2006
The 2006 season of the European Volleyball League was the third edition of the competition. It started on July 21st and ended on August 20th. The Netherlands won the title for the first time.

The preliminary round was held in a group of eight. Four of the eight teams played against each other in a tournament, with each nation hosting once during the preliminary round. The three best teams in the overall ranking qualify for the final four alongside host Turkey .
