Volleyball European League 2017

The 2017 season of the European Volleyball League was the fourteenth edition of the competition for men and the ninth for women’s teams. The men played from June 9th to July 2nd, 2017 while the women's games took place between June 9th and July 9th.

The preliminary round was held in two groups of four teams each. This year the preliminary round was held in the form of two tournaments, similar to the qualification phase for the European Championship. The group winners, the best runners-up and hosts Denmark qualified for the final round.
