Interstate 90 , the longest interstate highway in the country, runs along the northern outskirts of the city . The Minnesota State Route 263 runs north-south direction as the main road through Welcome. All other roads within Welcome are subordinate country roads, partly unpaved roads or inner-city connecting roads.
