Werner Nippen (born April 30, 1911 in Düsseldorf , † December 21, 1979 in Kiel ) was a German actor .

The son of a warehouse manager attended a commercial college and received his acting training at the Immermann Theater School of the Düsseldorf City Theaters. Nippen earned his first money as an employee, then he switched to the theater and made his debut in 1934 with the role of Juan in Der Richter von Zalamea at the Westphalian State Theater in Paderborn . After one season, Nippen moved to the Hildesheim City Theater in 1935 and was then committed to the Kolberg City Theater until 1938 . In the 1938/39 season, Werner Nippen was a member of the Ingolstadt City Theater ensemble , after which he worked at the Bavarian State Theater in Munich for the entire duration of World War II . In those early years, sipping was that of the adolescent lover and hero.

Werner Nippen began his post-war career in 1945 in Munich (Kleine Komödie). Here he was also part of the cabaret Die Schaubude . He then followed through to 1948 engagements at the stages in Regensburg ( city ​​theater ), Heidelberg ( city ​​theater ) and Darmstadt (state theater ). 1948 Sip went for many years at the Baden State Theater in Karlsruhe , where he played a role in the following year Deadly Carnival of Frank Thiess played.
