Wilhelm Sturmfels

Johann Wilhelm Sturmfels (born May 30, 1830 in Klein-Umstadt ; † May 17, 1899 in Nidda ) was a Hessian landowner and politician ( NLP ) and a member of the 2nd Chamber of the Estates of the Grand Duchy of Hesse .

Wilhelm Sturmfels was the son of the tenant Johann Philipp Sturmfels and his wife Anna Margaretha, née Wetterroth. Sturmfels, who was Protestant, was an economist in Ulfa and later a landowner in Nidda and married Magdalene (called Helene), née Hahn, on October 9, 1853 in Bellersheim.

From 1877 to 1896 he was a member of the Second Chamber of the Estates. He was elected for the constituency of Oberhessen / Laubach-Schotten .
