Johannes Steueragel

Johannes Tax Nail (in official documents Johannes Tax Nail X ) (born September 4, 1805 in Windhausen ; † January 8, 1870 ibid) was a Hessian farmer and politician and a member of the 2nd Chamber of the Estates of the Grand Duchy of Hesse .

Johannes Steueragel was the son of the court lay judge Johannessteueragel and his wife Gertraud, nee Steueragel. Steueragel, who was Protestant, was a farmer and mayor in Windhausen and married Anna Maria nee Stein.

From 1847 to 1849 he was a member of the Second Chamber of the Estates. He was elected for the constituency of Upper Hesse 7 / Schotten . He was a member of the pre-parliament .
