Wilmer Valderrama (born January 30, 1980 in Miami , Florida ) is an American actor , voice actor and film producer . He became famous for his role as Fez in the sitcom The Wild Seventies .

Life

Wilmer Valderrama was born in Miami, Florida, the son of Balvino and Sobeida Valderrama. He has two sisters and a brother. He moved to Venezuela with his family at the age of 3 and from there to Los Angeles when he was 13 . He did not speak English, but learned it quickly and began taking acting classes in high school. In 1999 he graduated from William Howard Taft High School.

His first major role as Fez in the television series The Wild Seventies was also his breakthrough as an actor. He played the role in all eight seasons of the sitcom.

On the reality TV show Yo Momma Valderrama acted as producer, host and screenwriter, it came to 64 episodes in 3 seasons.

Valderrama received a Teen Choice Award in 2003, 2005 and 2006 .
