Origin and meaning
The name is derived from the Latin vitalis , which means vitality, also healthy, strong body, vital force. He is the name of several Christian saints e.g. B. Vitalis of Milan (Ravenna). As an Italian family name, Vitali is derived from the Italian form of the given name, Vitale .
The female form used in Ukraine is Vitalina , the variant used in Lithuania is Vitalija .
