Wladislav Andrejewitsch Bojarinzew ( Russian Владислав Андреевич Бояринцев , scientific transliteration Vladislav Andreevič Bojarincev , English Vladislav Boyarintsev ; born October 31, 1994 in Vladivostok ) is a Russian ski jumper .

Career

Boyarinzew began in the children's and youth sports school of the Olympic Reserve in the St. Petersburg district of Vyborg Rajon with ski jumping. His international career began in July 2011 as part of the FIS Cup . After he steadily improved his performance and stood on the podium for the first time in Villach in July 2012 , he made his debut in the Ski Jumping Continental Cup in Klingenthal in September . As 61st and 71st, however, he remained far behind the points and thus remained in the FIS Cup. At the Junior World Championships 2013 in Liberec , Bojarinzew jumped in individual to 22nd place and finished seventh with the team in team competition.

Three weeks after the Junior World Championships, Bojarinzew was back in the Continental Cup, but was disqualified in the first competition by Brotterode . In the following jumping on the same hill he finished 13th and thus collected his first Continental Cup points. He also jumped into the points in Wisła . After he was able to score in Vikersund a little later , he finished his first season in 129th place overall.

In the summer of 2013 he was nominated by the association for the Ski Jumping Grand Prix 2013 , but narrowly missed the competition in Wisła as the 53rd qualifier. With the team he reached tenth place in the team competition a little later. In Hakuba, after ranking 42 in the first competition, he just missed first A series points as 31st in the second.

In October 2013 he won gold in mixed team jumping at the Russian Championships in Sochi .

For the winter of 2013/14 Bojarinzew started again in the Continental Cup . However, he was only able to achieve mixed results at the beginning. At the Nordic Junior World Ski Championships 2014 in Val di Fiemme , he jumped to 37th place in the individual and finished ninth with the team. After the Junior World Championships, Bojarinzew landed three times in the points in Nizhny Tagil and Kranj , ending the season in 120th place overall.

At the Ski Jumping Grand Prix 2014 , Boyarinzev was once again part of the Russian squad. In Hakuba he won Grand Prix points for the first time with a 15th and a 21st place. A little later he was third on the podium for the first time in Almaty . He finished the Summer Grand Prix in 16th place overall.

For the 2014/15 season , Bojarinzew came into the squad for the Ski Jumping World Cup . After qualifying as 23rd for the opening competition in Klingenthal , he started the team competition one day later and finished tenth with his teammates. In the following individual competition he failed as 41st in the first round. In Ruka near Kuusamo he achieved a very good ninth place in the qualification and collected his first four World Cup points in jumping in 27th place.
