Wolfgang Hoderlein

Wolfgang Hoderlein (born March 9, 1953 in Steinwiesen ) is a German politician . From 2000 to 2003 he was state chairman of the SPD in Bavaria .

biography

Wolfgang Hoderlein studied social pedagogy and teaching from 1973 to 1973 and from 1975 to 1978. 1974/75 he worked in the press department of the Bundeswehr, from 1978 until his election to the Bavarian state parliament in 1990 in school service.

In 1974, Wolfgang Hoderlein joined the SPD, where he held various functions. In 1996 he became general secretary of the Bavarian SPD, and in 2000 Hoderlein was elected state chairman to succeed Renate Schmidt . After the defeat of the SPD in the state elections on September 21, 2003, Wolfgang Hoderlein resigned for health reasons. After an interim period in 2004, he was succeeded by Ludwig Stiegler .

In 1978 Hoderlein was in the City Council of Stadtsteinach chosen where he remained until 1990 and again from 2002 by 2003. Since 1984 he has been a member of the district council in the district of Kulmbach .

In 1990 Wolfgang Hoderlein was elected to the Bavarian state parliament via the constituency list of Upper Franconia , to which he belonged until 2008. He ran for the Kulmbach constituency , but was never directly elected there. Most recently he was a member of the Committee on Federal and European Affairs. Wolfgang Hoderlein did not run again for the state parliament in the state elections in 2008 , but successfully applied for a mandate in the district assembly of Upper Franconia.

On June 3, 2011 it became known that Hoderlein resigned from the SPD because he was dissatisfied with the work of the Upper Franconian SPD district chairwoman Anette Kramme , who, according to Hoderlein, leads a “female rope team”. In 2012, Hoderlein rejoined the SPD at the work of Frank Rebhan (Lord Mayor of Neustadt bei Coburg ) and Andreas Starke (Lord Mayor of Bamberg ) as well as Oswald Marr (District Administrator Kronach ).

Franconian Federation

On October 16, 2011, Wolfgang Hoderlein was elected to the board of the Franconian Federation . On October 13, 2013, he no longer ran for this office and therefore resigned from the board. On February 21, 2015 he was re-elected to the board of the Franconian Federation.
