The Wolfsbruch nature reserve is located in the area of ​​the city of Werder (Havel) in the Potsdam-Mittelmark district in Brandenburg .

The area with the identification number 1171 was placed under nature protection by ordinance of December 1, 1995 . The approximately 80 hectare nature reserve extends southeast of Töplitz (Werder) , a district of the city of Werder (Havel). On the western edge of the area flows the Havel and on the eastern edge the Wublitz , a right tributary of the Havel. The 268 hectare Großer Zernsee extends on the southern edge , the A 10 runs to the northwest and the L 90 road to the west .
