All of them came into the possession of the Lehnin monastery by the beginning of the 14th century .
- Alt Töplitz. Before the creation of Neu Töplitz, the place was only called Töplitz. The name Töplitz appears for the first time in the documents in 1313, when the pastor Wromold von Töplitz appeared as a witness during a transfer of goods from Johann von Bredow to the Kaland in Spandau . In 1321, Duke Rudolph of Saxony sold his rights as overlord to Töplitz for 10 marks to the Lehnin monastery. His fiefdom was Henning v. Groben, who owned the village from a knight Arnold v. Sack had bought. The brothers Henning and Nikolaus v. In 1324 Gröben renounced all rights to (old) Töplitz.
- Goddess. The small village was owned by the Margraves of Brandenburg until 1318; This year, Margrave Waldemar gave the Werder Töplitz to Lehnin Monastery.
- Leest. In 1339 the monastery Lehnin Leest acquired from the family v. Embroider.
- New Töplitz. Was only created at the end of the 17th century when a few Swiss families settled here. Before that, in the 15th century, there was a farm yard of the Lehnin monastery, later a Vorwerk of the Lehnin office. In the course of the 18th century, the name Neu Töplitz became common in contrast to Alt Töplitz.
