Yoshimi Ozaki ( Japanese 尾崎 好 美 , Ozaki Yoshimi ; born July 1, 1981 in Yamakita , Ashigarakami-gun , Kanagawa Prefecture ) is a Japanese long-distance runner .

At the 2007 road running world championships over the half marathon distance in Udine she finished 13th in 1:09:26 h, and in early 2008 she was second in the Kagawa Marugame half marathon in 1:09:30 h.

Shortly thereafter, she made her full-distance debut at the Nagoya Marathon , finishing second in 2:26:19 h. At the end of the year she won the last edition of the Tokyo International Women's Marathon in 2:23:30 h and thus qualified for participation in the marathon of the 2009 World Athletics Championships in Berlin. There she won the silver medal in a time of 2:25:25 h.

In 2010 she finished 13th in the London Marathon . At the Half Marathon World Championships in Nanning , she was ninth and won the bronze medal in the national ranking with the Japanese team. In 2011 Ozaki won the Yokohama Marathon and finished 18th at the World Athletics Championships in Daegu .

She starts for the company team of the life insurance Dai-ichi Life . Her older sister Akemi Ozaki is also a successful marathon runner.
