The Zoetermeer Panters are a Dutch ice hockey club from Zoetermeer , which was founded in 1982 and currently plays in the BeNe League . The club plays its home games in the PWA Silverdome , which holds 3,500 spectators.

history

The Zoetermeer Panters were founded in 1982 and played from the 2009/10 season in the Eerste divisie , the second highest division in the country. Since 2015 they have been playing in the new Belgian-Dutch BeNe League , of which they were a founding member. Currently the Zoetermeer Panters are one of the largest ice hockey clubs in the Netherlands with eight youth teams (4 to 20 years old).
