Zsuzsanna Bekecs (born May 17, 1976 in Salgótarján ) is a Hungarian biathlete . Between 1995 and 2002 she took part in all major events of the biathlon year.

Zsuzsanna Bekecs lives and trained in Salgözavjan . She started biathlon in 1992 and started for Vasas SC in Budapest. She made her debut in Ruhpolding in 1994 in the Biathlon World Cup and finished her first sprint as 109. In Antholz she took part in the 1995 Biathlon World Championships and was 75th in the sprint, 76th in the individual and 18th with the Hungarian relay. Also in the following year she started in Ruhpolding and finished 57th in the individual and was 16th with the relay. In their third world championships, Bekecs took part in Osrblie in 1997 . In the individual, she finished 75th, in the sprint she was 66th and 17th with the relay. The highlight of 1998 was the Olympic Games of Nagano , where Bekecs was used in the sprint and was 64th. The 1998 Summer Biathlon World Championships resulted in 23rd place in the sprint, 25th in the pursuit and eighth in the relay competition. In the 1998/99 season , the Hungarian achieved her best result in the World Cup with 41st place in a sprint in Oberhof . At the 1999 World Cup at Holmenkollen in Oslo , she reached 61st place in the individual. At the same point she reached 66th place in the individual and 69th in the sprint in 2000 . Bekecs took part in their fifth and final World Cup in 2001 in Pokljuka . She finished 80th in both the individual and the sprint. The last major event was the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City , where Bekecs was 65th in the individual and 67th in the sprint.
