action
Drug investigator John Hatcher is fed up with his extremely dangerous everyday life as an undercover cop and decides to quit the job against the will of his manager. He is returning to his hometown of Chicago and from now on wants to lead a normal and orderly life away from all the crime. But his hometown is also ruled by drug gangs. Hatcher ignores the problems at first, but when a gun battle breaks out between rival gangs in a bar he visits, he intervenes, prevents an injured man from being executed and enables a Jamaican gang member to be arrested. Actually, Hatcher initially wants to remain passive, but that changes after the Jamaicans carry out an attack on his family's house and seriously injure Hatcher's niece. Now Hatcher begins to look for those responsible and does not hesitate to use force. One of the Jamaicans, cornered, would rather commit suicide than betray his leader, Screwface. When Screwface hears of the henchman's death, he is furious and orders the killing of Hatcher and his family. He also uses a voodoo ritual to put a killing curse on his enemy and his relatives. Hatcher travels to Kingston with two companions - his old friend Max and a Jamaican police officer . There he first locates an old friend of Screwface, who explains to him that the secret of Screwface's magic is that he has two heads and four eyes.
Then Hatcher and his friends storm Screwface's property and kill many of his fellow soldiers. Screwface himself is beheaded by Hatcher in a sword duel. Back in Chicago, Hatcher and friends present the rest of Screwface's gang with the head. They demand that the drug dealers leave town, but are unexpectedly interrupted by Screwface's twin brother, who pierces his brother's head with a sword. As a result, more Jamaicans are killed and crippled by Hatcher and Max. Max is shot, and there is another sword fight between Hatcher and Screwface II. Hatcher ends this by squeezing his opponent's eyes, breaking his back and throwing him down a shaft, on the bottom of which he is impaled by a metal bolt. In the end scene, Hatcher carries the pierced Jamaican policeman down a street, hoping to have finally brought some peace and quiet, while his buddy Max limps beside him.
