Gerald Paradise
Gerald Paradies (born March 23, 1956 ; † June 20, 2016 in Berlin ) was a German actor and voice actor .
Life
Gerald Paradies studied at the Edith Hildebrandt Acting Studio in Berlin . After graduating he was seen on several stages in Germany such as B. the Landesbühne Rheinland-Pfalz and the Hansa-Theater in Hamburg. Since 1980 he has worked as a voice actor for film and television series.
Gerald Paradies died on June 20, 2016 after a long and serious illness.
Work as a voice actor
Gerald Paradies has spoken well over a thousand roles. He has appeared several times in films for Vinnie Jones (e.g. Eurotrip , X-Men: The Last Stand ), Danny Trejo , MC Gainey (e.g. Breakdown , Sideways ) and Denis Leary . He also spoke to Kevin Spacey in Fortune Hunters .
Patrick Kilpatrick , Dean Norris , Jason Beghe , Michael Bowen and Nigel Gibbs he lent in series such as The X Files - The FBI's Scary Cases , CSI: On the Trail of the Criminals or Lost His Voice.
He was very often heard in guest roles (e.g. in Die Profis ). He also spoke some leading roles: For example Wayne Rogers ' "Trapper" John McIntyre in the TV series M * A * S * H , or security chief Zack Allan ( Jeff Conaway ) in Babylon 5 . In the first dubbed version of the series A Cage Full of Heroes (then under the title Barbed Wire and Heel Money ) he lent Richard Dawson his voice.
