Aaahh !!! Monster is an American animated series from 1994 about a training academy for teenage monsters , created by Klasky Csupo for Nickelodeon .

The series is mainly about the three monsters Ickis , Oblina and Krumm , who learn to scare people in an academy under the city rubbish dump . In most of the episodes, the three young monsters come to the surface with the task of spreading particularly spectacular horrors, which they then show off to their schoolmates using a thought projector. Their adversary is often the choleric rector and main teacher Gromble .
In the monster world, everything that is considered gross or ugly by humans is considered good. For example, monsters prefer to eat rubbish and any material with a slimy consistency. They hate cute looks and happy music.

- Ickis
- Ickis is the son of the legendary monster Slickis. It is small and red with large ears and feet, which is why it is often mistaken for a rabbit . When he gets angry, he can inflate himself to enormous sizes. Ickis is quick-tempered, full of self-doubt, but very selfish and often tries to achieve his goals with tricks.
- Oblina
- Oblina looks like a black and white striped candy cane with big, red lips. She is the best student at the Monster Academy and is constantly at odds with Ickis, whom she tries to instill morale and diligence. She likes to scare people by turning them inside out.
- Crooked
- Krumm consists of a thick, round head - similar to a potato - on two short legs. He carries his eyes, which are not attached to the body, in his hands or sometimes in his mouth.
